The goal of our Scholarship Program is to help the members of chess clubs to get into college. The scholarships will be given to student chess players based on various criteria such as class ranking, test scores, and chess achievement. The amount of the awards will vary, ranging from basic amounts all the way up to a full four-year scholarships which will include tuition and room and board. Chess clubs from across the country that participate in the fundraising program will receive a percentage of the proceeds. These proceeds will go into their Scholarship Contribution Program account. The Scholarship Contribution Program will provide opportunities for all chess club members to earn scholarships through their chess club program. Plus, it will increase the number of new student chess players in participating chess clubs.
