Imbras believes that it’s time to create a new trend in the teacher job market in America, and we hope to accomplish that by establishing a national graduate teacher recruiting/training program called the Imbras Career Teacher Training Program. By training and preparing American college and university students for the teacher job market we intend to make a positive difference in our nation’s schools.

The Career Teacher Training Program will also assist high school students in finding colleges and universities where they can major in education and become Imbras instructional chess teachers or chess consultants. These teachers will teach chess curriculum to grades K-12. The chess consultants will help set up our program, The Chess Connection In-School Curriculum to an effort to teach the Teacher Chess Program around the world.
